Video Analysis is by appointment only.

During the session the athlete will be recorded running via a digital camera and will receive instant feedback by watching the runs in full speed and in slow motion with Tedd. The session will focus on fine tuning running techniques and will contain between 14 - 18 runs which will be recorded from a variety of positions.

The athlete will also receive a DVD of the session, which will include both full speed and slow motion video of the session. Comments will also be inserted on the DVD where necessary.

Cost: $100 for a 30 minute session
